Darren Chadwick
Managing Partner
Darren is a Director at Brite Green and a tutor in sustainability at the University of Oxford. He has substantial experience in low carbon and sustainability business consultancy, having worked across a wide range of sectors including financial services, technology and telecoms, higher and further education, government suppliers, and SMEs.
Darren has experience across the whole project lifecycle, having worked on and led projects encompassing environmental assessment and audit, strategy development, financial and carbon modelling, compliance and risk management, reporting, environmental management system design and implementation, training and communications, and implementation of solutions.
Before working at Brite Green, Darren worked in environmental compliance and property strategy at Severn Trent Water, and in ESG and carbon strategy for financial services. In 2011 he was named as one of the UK’s top 100 young social entrepreneurs by Ernst and Young
Darren holds degrees from the University of Oxford and Imperial College, London in Human Sciences and Environmental Technology. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (FRSA) and a member of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP).
Nadine Exter
Associate Director
Nadine is an Associate Director at Brite Green and is a published author, lecturer and industry tutor. She has substantial experience with strategy development, engaging employees and culture change, reporting and communications, creating purposeful work and enduring values & behaviours, and stakeholder engagement and management across a variety of sectors and industries.
Nadine has a background in marketing and communications, stakeholder facilitation, and was a consulting academic at Cranfield University for over 6 years. She has worked with sustainability embracers such as Unilever, M&S and Coca-Cola European Partners, Arla, Tilda, Sainsbury and Tesco.
Nadine holds an MBA from Cranfield University, is a Member of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, and has contributed to sustainability-member organisations such as BITC, CSR Europe and Club of Rome with webinars, articles, talks and best practice guidelines development.
Sylvia Bentz
Head of Operations
Sylvia has over 20 years of experience in project and programme delivery, running and governing projects for various organisations. Half of her career has been working in the telecoms sector, including Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems and EE. She has also led a compliance and audit team, where the responsibility included managing all corporate ESG related topics and reporting.
Her project management qualifications include PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum Master, and P3O Practitioner certification. She is also an IRCA Certified ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and has an IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management.
