University carbon progress report out next week

Our latest carbon progress report for the higher education sector will be published next week. Pre-order your copy now.

Brite Green will publish our third annual higher education Carbon Progress Report next week. As well as detailed analysis of the sector and for each institution, this year we have also produced a good practice guide with case studies from across the sector.

Carbon performance analysis
The report for the 2014/15 academic year provides an independent and impartial review of the higher education sector’s carbon performance against its 2020 carbon reduction targets. It also includes performance tables for both absolute emissions reductions and intensity metrics, allowing for easy comparison against peers.

As in previous years, we have produced an individual report for each university to provide personalised benchmarking and performance data. You can order a copy with a valid email address for that institution.

Carbon management: guide to good practice
Following feedback from our last report, this year we have also produced a good practice guide to carbon management which includes sector case studies and insights from institutions across the UK.

Pre-order your copy
Due to the overwhelming response and requests for reports in previous years, we’re giving universities the chance to order a copy of their institution report in advance. This will ensure you receive it automatically on the day it is released.

Recalibrate your carbon management strategy
We have extensive experience working with universities. We can help update sustainability strategies and programmes, revise carbon management plans, and assist with low carbon project implementation.

We also offer a wide range of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 services. Whether you’d like to implement a system, need help transitioning to the 2015 standard, or would like our expert auditors to help with your internal audit, we can help.
