Associate Director

Nadine is an Associate Director at Brite Green and is a published author, lecturer and industry tutor. She has substantial experience with strategy development, engaging employees and culture change, reporting and communications, creating purposeful work and enduring values & behaviours, and stakeholder engagement and management across a variety of sectors and industries.

Nadine has a background in marketing and communications, stakeholder facilitation, and was a consulting academic at Cranfield University for over 6 years. She has worked with sustainability embracers such as Unilever, M&S and Coca-Cola European Partners, Arla, Tilda, Sainsbury and Tesco.

Nadine holds an MBA from Cranfield University, is a Member of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, and has contributed to sustainability-member organisations such as BITC, CSREurope and Club of Rome with webinars, articles, talks and best practice guidelines development.
